Prices are determined by:
1) Number of dishes served
2) Type of dishes served
3) Number of people served
4) Kind of service requested
You will be charged for the guaranteed or actual number of people served, whichever is greater.
If your event runs late and we are there later than agreed (or extra people show up), we reserve the right to add additional charges.
We ask for a 50% deposit when your event is confirmed. We will need a minimum number of expected guests for menu pricing at the time of deposit.
Will be due before the event, with a final head count.
15% will be added to large parties.
Should the customer cancel the event for any reason whatsoever, the customer shall be liable for all out-of-pocket costs sustained by the caterer.
